UVALEDTRONIC-M1
The UVA-LEDtronic M1 technology is the result of the research of Symach's R&D division. The study of the right wavelength for the new generation UV coatings, the LEDs used, the mechanical design of the product and the performance obtained, are the result of over 18 months of work that have led to a product with maximum performance. levels, overcoming the barriers and limits that until now have hindered the spread of this technology.
The LEDs used are of different wavelengths all in the UV-A segment, they are assembled along a line of reflectors also studied and designed to obtain the fastest and most efficient drying result on the market . The LEDs are controlled by an electronic board with a temperature control device that activates the interruption of the current in case of overheating of the device due to a prolonged and continuous use of the same. The LEDs are installed on an aluminum support equipped with a heat sink, allowing the prolonged use of the lamp even for drying several car panels in sequence .
The UVA-LEDtronic M1 lamp has an irradiation surface of 50 cm (20 ”), thanks to its particular shape and size it is possible to dry both small and large surfaces such as one or more car panels.
Silicone protection: protects the LEDs and the reflector from overspray, increasing the performance of the device over time. This protection is easily washable and replaceable in case of damage.
On button: positioned on the handle, it turns on the lamp for one minute; if further irradiation is necessary, just press the button again to continue drying without waiting times.
