Shipping - Free Freight for Orders Over $150 incl GST

We offer flat rate shipping of $5 incl GST on Australian orders up to $150 incl GST, and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 incl GST.

Some items such as products that are classified as dangerous goods and those items that are bulky or large items may attract a flat freight cost of $25, $35 (20L Drums), $40, $60 or $90 due to the increased cost to freight. These items will not qualify for free freight even if an order is over $150.

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia - We do not ship internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your item or you have received the wrong item in error whether it is due to our mistake or yours, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

  • Returns are accepted, however, there is a 15% handling fee and freight paid by buyer, except if the item was incorrectly supplied by Care Distributors
  • Contact must be made before approval of return and photographs must be supplied. You must return items in new and unused condition with all original tags attached and all original materials included with the shipment.
  • Returns must be in their original box with all original packaging enclosed.
  • You must ship your return items within 14 days of delivery and in the same condition as they were delivered.
  • Please include a copy your Tax Invoice for reference of your purchase.
  • Any mistakes made by us will be resolved at no cost to the buyer and postage fees will be covered. We do not accept returns on electrical items, items that have been fitted or not in the original packaging.
  • Freight damage is at the buyers risk and expense. Care Distributors will take all reasonable care in packing all goods, however if any item is damaged during freight from Care Distributors to the customer, no responsibility will be taken by Care Distributors.
  • Freight insurance can be taken out to help reduce any potential risk – please advise us at time of purchase by contacting sales@caredistributors.com.au or by calling 08 8347 1355 so we can organise a quote and payment.

Pricing & Product Information Errors:

CARE Distributors reserves the right to amend any pricing or product information errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason and may exercise its right to cancel the order.
