RUPES continues to improve the Skorpio’s technical features and performance with the Skorpio III.The Skorpio’s efficiency and reliability has particularly improved because of its re-engineered engine components and its relatively small air volume consumption. New components include: a new shaft without rotor key ensuring a lower level of hardware consumption; new steel rotor (instead of composite) guaranteeing better reliability and a fly-wheel effect that helps to improve the tools efficiency; and NEW thicker vanes shaped in an innovative self lubricating material.
