As the products pass through the plastic tube, the mixing process occurs. When the product dispenses, it is thoroughly mixed, saving automotive technicians from having to manually mix two-part products. These nozzles simplify the mixing process and make clean up easier because there are no mixing and stirring tools needing to be cleaned. Once a product application is finished, leave the nozzle on and allow the mix inside to harden. This serves as a cap for the cartridge. For a new job, replace the old nozzle with a new, fresh one.
