3M™ Accuspray™ 2.0mm Atomizing Head is an authorized 3M replacement part for use with any of the 3M™Accuspray™ Replaceable Nozzle Series Spray Guns – Model HG18, HG14, HGP (Pressure). Our 3M™ Accuspray™ System combines the 3M™ Paint Preparation System™, or PPS™, to offer a faster, easier and less expensive alternative to conventional cup gun systems, through the use of disposable components.

3M™ Accuspray™ 2.0mm Atomizing Heads are the next generation in the 3M™ Accuspray™ Replaceable Nozzle Spray Gun line, offering the same benefits of easy cleanup, easy maintenance and quality on demand, now for use on higher viscosity coating applications. (common applications may include Rocker Panel Coating, Undercoating, Gelcoat, Adhesive, Marine Bottom Paint, Latex Paint, Enamel, High Build Primer, Polyester Primer). Our 3M™ Accuspray™ Replaceable Nozzle Spray Gun is a 3M™ invention developed after asking painters, ‘If you could have the perfect spray gun, what would it be like?’ The resounding answer was: ‘easy to clean, easy to maintain and offer a quality finish.’ To achieve all of these goals, we developed the 3M™ Accuspray™ System, which works perfectly with our 3M™ Paint Preparation System™, or PPS™.
